Don’t miss this opportunity—apply now! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Attend and document internal and external meetings; * Organize project files; * Support the coordinator during project reviews and validate adopted solutions with them; * Perform quantity takeoff for Otus’ executive architecture and validate results with coordination analysts. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Availability to intern 30 hours per week; * Availability to intern in a **hybrid model** (**2 days per week onsite in Florianópolis/SC**, **3 days remote**); * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering (Civil track), or Technical Building Construction; * Residency in Florianópolis or surrounding region. **Desirable Qualifications** * Microsoft Office suite; * Basic knowledge of BIM software. **Additional Information** Otus Coffee every Thursday to strengthen team bonds and align objectives; Monthly Otus Day focused on both technical and social learning for our employees; Coffee, fruits, and cookies always available in our pantry for in-office days; Annual team-building scavenger hunt; iFood benefits (online psychotherapy sessions/teleconsultations and Gympass); Birthday day off.
