As a professional, you will be responsible for delivering on-site and remote technical support to ensure full functionality of the company's systems, equipment, and networks. **Your main responsibilities:** * Provide first-level technical support to local and remote users; * Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, printers, and peripherals; * Monitor and respond to service requests via the helpdesk system (Service Desk); * Manage user access in Active Directory domain, VPN, and corporate email; * Assist in deploying new systems and updates; * Perform data backup and restoration according to IT policy; * Ensure compliance with information security policies and best support practices. * Technical or undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Networking, or related fields; * Prior experience in technical support (hardware, software, and networking); * Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office 365, and remote access tools; * Basic knowledge of Active Directory (AD), network printers, and VPN configuration; * Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Networking, or related fields; * Prior experience in technical support (hardware, software, and networking); * Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office 365, and remote access tools; * Basic knowledge of Active Directory (AD), network printers, and VPN configuration; * Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset. **Nice-to-have Qualifications:** * Experience with hybrid environments (cloud + on-premises); * Familiarity with ticketing systems; * Experience in medium- or large-scale corporate environments; * Basic knowledge of ITIL, Group Policy Objects (GPO), and IT inventory tools. **Work Location:** São José/SC - Kobrasol neighborhood Send your resume!
