Job Summary: Professional to coordinate the Production Control Department (PCP), integrating production, procurement, and sales functions to ensure on-time delivery and pursue continuous process improvements. Focus on continuous improvement of products and processes Description: We require the following qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields; * Experience in PCP; * Knowledge of company systems (ERP, Sapiens, etc.); * Familiarity with Kanban and Lean manufacturing. Responsibilities: * Comprehensive understanding of PCP integrated with production, procurement, and sales; * Coordinate PCP scheduling; * Lead the PCP team; * Ensure delivery according to the schedule agreed upon with the sales department by monitoring information flow from raw material procurement through production; * Coordinate relationships with production, sales, and other supply chain members; * Coordinate equipment production scheduling via production orders; * Generate procurement, production, and shipping reports for raw materials; * Manage the order backlog spreadsheet via the system; * Monitor equipment shipping; * Schedule, arrange, and track technical support spare parts; * Analyze material inventory levels to ensure order delivery dates are met within requested timeframes; * Resolve discrepancies between scheduled and actual production; * Analyze the company's production planning, scheduling, and control methods and propose improvements; * Monitor KPIs including equipment produced, delivered, products in stock, and other department-related metrics; * Actively participate in product, process, service, and environmental improvement programs; * Actively participate in management and quality system improvement programs; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Follow procedures in accordance with the current production system; * Perform other related duties within your area of responsibility as required by the company. 2512110202491859752
