Responsibilities and Duties: Responsibilities: * Broad vision of PCP integrated with production, procurement, and commercial functions; * Coordinate PCP scheduling; * Lead the PCP team; * Ensure on-time delivery of schedules agreed upon with the commercial department by monitoring information flow from raw material procurement through production; * Coordinate relationships with production, commercial departments, and other supply chain members; * Coordinate equipment production scheduling via production orders; * Generate procurement, production, and shipping reports for raw materials; * Monitor the order backlog spreadsheet (received orders) using the system; * Control equipment shipment; * Schedule, arrange shipment, and control technical support spare parts; * Analyze material inventory levels to ensure order delivery dates are met within requested timeframes; * Address discrepancies between scheduled and actual production; * Analyze the company's production planning, scheduling, and control methods and propose improvements; * Monitor KPIs related to equipment produced, delivered, inventory levels, and other department-related metrics; * Actively participate in product, process, service, and environmental improvement programs; * Actively participate in management and quality system improvement programs; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Follow procedures according to the current production system; * Perform other related duties within your area of responsibility as required by the company. Requirements and Qualifications: We expect you to have: \- Completed bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields; \- Experience in PCP; \- Familiarity with company systems (ERP, Sapiens, etc.); \- Knowledge of Kanban and Lean manufacturing.
