**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Analyze and maintain the production plan (PCP) up to date, ensuring constant alignment with sales demand and production capacity.
* Prepare reports and analyze production KPIs, providing *insights* for decision-making.
* Monitor and control raw material, input, and finished goods inventory levels, aiming for optimal availability and cost reduction.
* Conduct inventory turnover and coverage analyses, proposing actions to balance minimum stock, ideal turnover, and product shelf-life control.
* Support real-time production monitoring, identifying and reporting deviations to ensure on-time delivery and process quality.
* Act as the PCP focal point, interacting and collaborating with departments to optimize operational flow.
* Issue, track, and control Production Orders (POs), monitoring deadlines, material consumption, and deliveries.
* Ensure and document that production operational procedures comply with regulatory standards and internal quality requirements.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Academic Qualification: Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related technical fields.
* Prior experience in Production Planning and Control (PCP), *Supply Chain*, or manufacturing environments is preferred, especially in the Food industry.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, complex formulas, and charts).
* ERP system knowledge and experience are desirable.
* Familiarity with Inventory Management Methodologies (e.g., ABC Analysis, Reorder Point).
Compensation: R$3,000.00 – R$4,000.00 per month
