




Job Summary: The PCP Analyst plans and schedules production processes, controlling materials, equipment, and labor to meet demand and optimize manufacturing. Key Highlights: 1. Optimization of productive capacity **PCP ANALYST:** **Mission:** Plan and schedule production processes to meet manufacturing requirements and inventory demand; control material, equipment, labor availability; and monitor production flow. Transform customer requirements into products through material planning, manufacturing planning, and production scheduling. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** Receive work process information via MRP; Review the checklist and issue production orders; Deliver production orders and technical drawings to the production department; Calculate part manufacturing time; Analyze part rework in production; Plan and develop a production schedule based on sales forecasts, aiming to optimize facility capacity and other available resources. Prepare, monitor, negotiate, and/or revise new production deadlines with internal customers according to current priorities and activity timelines. Analyze productive capacity by compiling effective maps and statistical reports. Monitor production and its bottlenecks using available systems, tools, and resources—tracking the control map for requirements and components, labor, and internal processes—and taking corrective actions when necessary to ensure continuous production and company competitiveness. List materials required for each manufacturing order, thereby ensuring uninterrupted production through timely material availability. Monitor machine and equipment usage and condition for production planning purposes. Propose new products in the production process. Comply with company policies, demonstrating through behavior one's contribution to the department and the company. Generate and analyze daily production reports; Monitor production progress (identify delays, root causes, and solutions for completing work orders); Generate and analyze production reports (weekly and monthly); Plan and develop production schedules, and monitor production stages. Correct potential production deviations; Support the department by maintaining cleanliness, organization, environmental awareness, and safety. Observe preventive safety and hygiene measures to avoid workplace accidents and occupational diseases. Follow instructions as needed from various documents such as drawings, operational sheets, etc., per company standards and procedures. Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with this position. **ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:** Education: Completed Technical Education Field of Study: Mechanical Engineering, Machining, Logistics, and/or related fields.
