If you enjoy challenges, join our successful team! **Responsibilities and Duties:** Responsible for managing and expanding the Kanban revitalization project and providing additional support to the PCP department \- Maintain the production Kanban system; \- Expand the system across all manufacturing areas of the factory, following the project schedule; \- Receive requirements from Product Engineering and implement necessary process changes—whether introducing, removing, or modifying Kanban, or defining production via orders; \- Control batch effectiveness, ensuring parts undergoing design changes are correctly allocated (consumption, rework, or scrap); \- Analyze sales forecasts and plan production; \- Participate in cross-departmental meetings for order planning; \- Verify and release production orders; \- Ensure material inventory control to meet customer delivery dates within requested timeframes; \- Assist with other related PCP department activities. **Requirements and Qualifications:** **We desire candidates with:** \- Completed bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields; \- Experience in PCP; \- Intermediate Excel skills; \- Knowledge of Kanban and Lean manufacturing. **Additional Information:** On-site cafeteria Meal allowance Health insurance Dental insurance Profit-sharing and results-based bonus paid semiannually Group life insurance Partnerships with educational institutions, pharmacies, gyms, and local businesses Internal parking for motorcycles and bicycles Employee association And much more!
