Job Summary: Professional responsible for material dispatch, inventory control, and operational performance indicator monitoring at a metal equipment rental company. Key Highlights: 1. Operational performance indicator monitoring 2. Issuance of invoices (NFs) and contracts 3. Inventory control and delivery tracking The company specializes in renting metal equipment for the initial phase of construction projects. This position will be responsible for material dispatch. This includes material control and shipment. For this role, you will perform the following activities: Monitor operational performance indicators and prepare control spreadsheets. * + Invoice (NF) issuance * + Contract issuance * + Internal management system registrations * + Contacts and follow-ups regarding equipment deliveries * + Fleet report tracking * + Administrative routines * + Budgeting for operational materials * + Purchase order entry into ERP system * + Material inventory control * + Sending updated material spreadsheets to the technical department. Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Logistics or Administration. Preferred Qualifications: PCP course certification. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems; banking knowledge; credit card reconciliation.
