Collaboration with production and development teams **Job Description:** We are an industry dedicated to manufacturing gummy dietary supplements, committed to delivering innovative, high-quality products that promote health and well-being. We are looking for a Quality Control Inspector to join our team — if you are organized, proactive, and experienced, we want to meet you! **Responsibilities and Functions:** * Perform physicochemical and microbiological analyses of raw materials, in-process products, and finished products; * Develop and validate analytical methods in accordance with regulatory standards; * Monitor and control the quality of inputs and finished products throughout the entire production chain; * Conduct investigations into deviations and non-conformities, proposing and implementing corrective and preventive actions; * Maintain detailed and accurate records of all tests and analyses performed; * Collaborate with production and development teams to ensure product quality and safety; * Conduct internal audits and prepare the laboratory for external audits; * Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Food Engineering, Nutrition, or related fields; * Proven experience in quality control within dietary supplement, pharmaceutical, or food manufacturing industries; * Familiarity with regulatory standards and quality requirements (ANVISA, ISO, GMP); * Time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills; * Ability to work independently and as part of a team; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office) and quality management systems. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree or specialized courses in related areas; * Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and continuous improvement tools.
