Diversity is fundamental to our daily operations; therefore, we do not discriminate based on gender, disability, sexual orientation, race/ethnicity, origin, age, or physical appearance. * **️** **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Lead the Educational Solutions team (content specialists, multimedia designers, and interns), fostering strategic alignment, technical development, and a collaborative culture. * Design and review teaching plans, learning paths, and educational roadmaps, ensuring pedagogical coherence and alignment with educational guidelines. * Plan and monitor the educational content production roadmap, prioritizing deliverables with the highest strategic impact. * Ensure technical and pedagogical quality of content developed in collaboration with technical specialists and multimedia designers. * Coordinate production and LMS publication schedules, ensuring timely delivery and excellence in user experience. * Serve as the primary contact for customer support regarding the LMS and educational solutions, guaranteeing clarity, agility, and support quality. * Monitor learning metrics (engagement, completion, satisfaction, performance) and propose data-driven structural improvements. * Promote innovation in educational methodologies, formats, and technologies to enhance solution effectiveness and scalability. * Prepare executive reports for leadership, presenting results, risks, opportunities, and action plans. * Ensure integration among educational strategy, technical content, and digital experience, maintaining a systemic view of offered solutions. **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Pedagogy, Administration, Civil Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in higher education teaching, academic coordination, or educational project development. * Experience designing teaching plans, learning paths, or curriculum organization. * Experience producing or managing digital educational content. * Familiarity with LMS platforms and tracking publications and learning journeys. **It would be amazing if you have experience with:** * Postgraduate studies or a Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technologies, or Academic Management. * Experience in Distance Learning (EAD) and online course development. * Experience analyzing learning metrics (engagement, completion, satisfaction). * **Contract with a workload of 200 hours/month, i.e., 8 hours/day, Monday through Friday.** Meal/Voucher Allowance: R$35.00 per workday (Ifood Benefits card).
