Diversity is fundamental to our daily operations; therefore, we do not discriminate based on gender, disability, sexual orientation, race/ethnicity, origin, age, or appearance. * **️** **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Plan, produce, and execute internal communication strategies, ensuring message consistency and alignment with organizational culture across various company channels. * Create and manage institutional and cultural content for internal channels and the internal Instagram account, strengthening employee engagement and employer branding. * Capture and document key moments from company routines (events, trainings, achievements, and cultural initiatives) for producing institutional and internal communication content. * Design and lead the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a clear, welcoming, and culture-aligned integration experience. * Develop and update materials, content, and documents related to organizational culture, ensuring alignment with company strategy and values. * Create and enhance integration activities and experiences, making the onboarding process more engaging and connected to the employee’s journey. * Design onboarding materials and pathways for different employee profiles, including specific approaches for leadership roles. * Organize and execute cultural rituals and internal company events, also supporting leaders in creating and developing initiatives for their teams or departments. * Monitor engagement and reach metrics for internal communication activities, using data and feedback to continuously improve area initiatives. * Support the performance evaluation cycle by tracking process stages and assisting leaders in developing individual development plans. * Contribute to organizational culture, engagement, and employee experience initiatives—including campaigns, events, and cultural transformation actions. **What are we looking for?** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Social Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields. * Prior experience or exposure to Internal Communication, Organizational Culture, Employer Branding, Employer Experience, or Organizational Development. * Interest in organizing internal events and cultural rituals, supporting leaders in creating engagement initiatives for their teams. * Familiarity with digital communication and content creation tools (Canva, Feedz, WhatsApp, Email). **It would be great if you have experience with:** * Structured onboarding programs or corporate learning pathways. * Knowledge of employee experience and employer branding. * Contract with a monthly workload of 200 hours (i.e., 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday).
