Our commitment is to technical excellence, transparency at every stage, and strict adherence to deadlines and current regulations. **Responsibilities:** Manage field teams in installation and maintenance projects; Schedule installations with residents; Organize pre-project inspections; Maintain direct communication with project stakeholders (building managers and residents); Assist with meter registration and system configuration; Provide customer support and respond to installation-related inquiries; Assist in procurement and sorting of components for construction sites; Produce technical documentation and informational materials; Conduct alignment meetings with the sales department; Support training for installation teams; Remain on standby for hydraulic emergencies at client sites; Verify proper equipment operation in the field and use of PPE; Manage quality assurance for delivered projects; Monitor field installations when necessary; Assist in organizing construction sites and inventory of parts and materials; Define technical solutions for non-standard installations; Conduct post-construction meetings and track tools and materials used; Support active system maintenance management; Generate construction reports and post-construction follow-up; Evaluate total construction costs (components, labor, materials, damages if any); Develop and implement procedural and process improvements focused on installations; Research training courses for field teams; Willingness to travel within Paraná (PR), Santa Catarina (SC), and Rio Grande do Sul (RS) states. **Essential Qualifications:** Organization and planning skills Proactive problem-solving ability Strong written and oral communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools **Desirable Qualifications:** Experience in team management Experience in project execution Knowledge of hydraulic installations **Job Details:** Salary: BRL 2,800.00 (the company has a structured Job and Salary Plan).
