Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for providing friendly service, organizing and replenishing food items, ensuring quality control and sanitation in the buffet area, as well as supporting the kitchen and dining room. Key Highlights: 1. Friendly service and buffet organization. 2. Quality control and hygiene in the food area. 3. Dynamic support to the kitchen and dining room. **Responsibilities:** * Providing friendly service to customers. * Organizing and replenishing food items at the buffet. * Monitoring food quality and presentation of dishes. * Sanitizing and organizing the buffet area. * Cleaning and sanitizing service utensils (trays, tongs, sinks, stands, etc.). * Supporting the kitchen and dining room as needed. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in customer service or buffet operations. * Agility and proactivity. * Good communication skills and professional demeanor. * Organizational skills and attention to hygiene standards. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Availability to work from Monday to Saturday.
