Job Description: * Prepare sushi; * Prepare recipes, organize and add ingredients (spices, fillings, herbs, seaweed); * Clean fish using specialized knives; * Prepare rice using an electric rice cooker; * Monitor food expiration dates; * Wash vegetables and utensils; * Fry food, cut fruits and vegetables; * Manage product inventory, receive and verify incoming goods; * Keep the kiosk clean and organized, clean the buffet glass, work counter, and other utensils.
