Here, you will find a collaborative, dynamic environment with genuine opportunities for learning and contribution. **About the Role** We are looking for a professional to work on automation, embedded systems, and prototype development, participating in the full development cycle—from conception through validation. This is an ideal opportunity for technically oriented individuals who enjoy getting hands-on and wish to grow within an environment where engineering and technology innovation are practically applied. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop technological solutions focused on automation; * Design, build, and validate prototypes (hardware and software); * Work on integration between embedded systems (hardware \+ firmware); * Conduct experimental testing, simulations, and technical analyses; * Perform calibration, adjustments, and optimization of devices; * Create and maintain technical documentation for projects; * Research new technologies and propose continuous improvements; * Support cost analysis and resource optimization; * Interact with suppliers, partners, and internal departments. **Mandatory Requirements** * Degree (or currently pursuing) in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering OR related technical courses; * Knowledge of technical drawing and interpretation of mechanical designs; * Experience with manufacturing processes (metallurgical or similar); * Proficiency in software such as SolidWorks or Fusion 360; * Knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and embedded/web programming; * Experience with technical specifications; * Proficiency with tools and prototype assembly. **Preferred Qualifications** * Familiarity with protocols: UART, I2C, SPI, Modbus, MQTT; * Experience with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or embedded systems; * Programming in C, Python, C\#, web, and similar languages; * Knowledge of Linux; * Experience with 3D printing or rapid prototyping; * Use of tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.; * Experience developing products/prototypes from scratch. **Candidate Profile** * Proactive and autonomous in problem-solving; * Attention to detail and focus on quality; * Strong communication skills; * Flexibility and adaptability; * Team-oriented mindset.
