Join us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist with building, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry maintenance services within company premises, as required and per company instructions; * Ensure your own safety and that of other employees during maintenance service execution; * Clean and organize areas where maintenance services were performed, removing debris, sweeping, and eliminating waste and stains; * Preserve maintenance materials, tools, and equipment, requesting replacements when necessary; * Monitor inventory of materials, parts, components, tools, and equipment, verifying quantities and recording movements in documents and spreadsheets; * Notify the company of preventive maintenance needs to support decision-making; * Report all corrective maintenance activities performed to management, specifying completed tasks in dedicated spreadsheets; * Attend meetings and training sessions when requested; * Perform other related duties as assigned. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Relevant work experience; * NR10 certification; * Strong organizational skills; * Discipline and ethics; * Effective communication; * Good interpersonal relationships; * Teamwork competencies; * Proactivity; * Empathy. **Additional Information** * Restaurant voucher program; * Equipped cafeteria; * Health insurance \- Unimed; * Dental insurance \- Uniodonto; * Wellhub partnership; * Pharmacy partnership; * Sesc partnership; * Discount at Clube NDmais; * Life insurance; * Childcare allowance; * Guia da Alma \- online therapy platform We are the largest communications group in Santa Catarina.
