Skills in photography, image editing, and SEO for marketplaces E\-COMMERCE ANALYST **Job Description:** The candidate will perform the following activities: \* Customer service via phone, WhatsApp, and chats, supporting post\-sale processes and lead relationship management. **\* Product registration, maintenance, updates, and synchronization across major marketplaces such as: Tray, B2W, Shopee, Mercado Livre, Via Varejo, Amazon, Olist, Carrefour, and others.** \* Photography and image editing following each marketplace's basic performance parameters. \* Updating product descriptions on the website and monitoring SEO indexing to maintain site search performance. \* Order tracking and resolution of issues, complaints, and support tickets. \* Revenue tracking and generation of platform\-specific reports. \* Banner addition and editing, plus development of sales strategies such as coupon application, “buy less, get more”, discount campaigns, etc. \* Supervision and updating of synchronization and integration between marketplace platforms and the ERP system. **Requirements:** \* Intermediate/advanced proficiency in ERP and integration platforms such as: Bling, GS1/CNP, and Tray. **\* Prior experience in e\-commerce and online sales processes is required.** \* Intermediate/advanced computer skills: Microsoft Office suite, Windows OS, Google Docs, Sheets, and Forms. \* Strong writing and copywriting skills. **\* Preferred residence in Palhoça or surrounding areas.** **ADDITIONAL ASSETS:** \* Knowledge of high\-definition image editing tools: Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Acrobat, etc. **WORK SCHEDULE:** 08:00–18:00, Monday to Friday. **Benefits:** · Meal allowance: R$ 17.30 per workday · Food basket — awarded based on attendance · Transportation voucher · Pharmacy benefit plan after probation period .
