Friendly and collaborative work environment. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Lead the kitchen team and ensure efficient operation of the department. * Prepare and cook dishes according to the daily menu, following recipes and restaurant standards. * Ensure impeccable food quality, flavor, and presentation at the buffet. * Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness, strictly adhering to hygiene regulations. * Monitor ingredient inventory and place replenishment orders. * Collaborate in developing new dishes and menu suggestions. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Proven experience as a Head Chef, preferably in buffet settings. * Knowledge of Brazilian cuisine. * Leadership and organizational skills. * Proactivity, commitment, and passion for gastronomy. * **Location:** Ceisa Center Building - Av.
