We are looking for a new talent to join our Supply and Logistics Procurement team — someone who enjoys connecting with others, is driven by challenges, and wishes to be part of major deliverables. Do you identify with this? **Responsibilities:** * Perform activities in accordance with REIVAX’s product and service procurement process; * Monitor equipment import and draw\-back processes; * Obtain quotations and purchase items released in the procurement planning screen, and identify suppliers capable of fulfilling orders (Brazil or abroad); * Register new items in the system via purchase and approval of samples; * Negotiate with suppliers to finalize transportation contracts — domestic and international — under optimal conditions of price, quality, and delivery time; * Manage resolution of non-conformities; * Execute Global Sourcing processes; * Monitor customs broker activities related to the company’s import and export processes; * Prepare and analyze competitive bidding maps using supplier proposals; * Manage export logistics related to dispatch activities; * Negotiate and analyze freight costs (domestic and international) for dispatch operations; * Obtain quotations and contract service providers for module and card installation and assembly; * Collect necessary data for drafting contracts aimed at procuring materials and services; * Research new suppliers of diverse products and services to develop alternative supply sources; * Issue purchase orders and submit them to suppliers, tracking delivery progress and ensuring final fulfillment of all negotiated terms; * Identify suppliers capable of fulfilling orders released in the procurement plan. **Working Hours:** * 44 hours per week. **Benefits:** Health Insurance (Unimed) Dental Insurance (Uniodonto) Meal/Voucher Allowance Profit Sharing and Results-Based Bonus Talent Referral Bonus Sesi / Senac / Fiesc / Acate Partnership Pharmacy Partnership Courses and Training Fresh Fruit Day — twice weekly Free Parking Workplace Gymnastics Flexible Working Hours Life Insurance Casual Dress Code Other Partnerships Birthday Day Off
