**Main Responsibilities:**
* Support the drafting, review, and updating of contract drafts, amendments, and terms of reference, in coordination with requesting departments.
* Monitor the contract lifecycle, from request to closure, ensuring control over deadlines, validity periods, and renewals.
* Assist in analyzing contractual clauses, with a focus on risk mitigation and compliance with legal regulations applicable to Social Organizations.
* Organize and maintain up-to-date physical and digital contract files.
* Track indicators, schedules, and managerial reports for the department.
* Interact with suppliers and service providers to align contractual matters, submit documents, and clarify queries.
* Support internal and external audits by providing relevant documentation and information.
* Assist in adapting contracts according to regional specifics or requirements of public contracting entities.
* Ensure contracts align with the institution’s compliance, integrity, and social responsibility guidelines.
* Support standardization of processes and documents, contributing to strengthened contractual governance within the organization.
**Technical Requirements:**
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Law, Administration, Public Management, Public Health, or related fields;
* Postgraduate specialization in Public Management in the healthcare sector or in Public Law with emphasis on contracts will be considered an advantage;
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office;
* Knowledge of general legislation and public procurement law will be considered an advantage;
* Knowledge of legal foundations related to contracts and terms of reference will be considered an advantage;
* Experience in the healthcare sector will be considered an advantage;
* Six months of documented experience in this role.
**Salary:** R$ 3\.614,88
