Job Summary: Junior Contract Analyst to support end-to-end contract lifecycle management—from drafting through closure—ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in analyzing contractual clauses and legal compliance. **Institute for Development, Education, and Health Assistance announces:** NOTICE NO. 44/2026 – TALENT ACQUISITION FOR – **JUNIOR CONTRACT ANALYST** – ADMINISTRATIVE HEADQUARTERS – FLORIANÓPOLIS – SC Register at: https://www.ideas.med.br/edital\-de\-captacao\-de\-talentos\-potenciais\-sede\-44\-2026/ **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the drafting, review, and updating of contract drafts, amendments, and terms of reference in coordination with requesting departments. * Monitor the contract lifecycle—from request through closure—ensuring control over deadlines, validity periods, and renewals. * Assist in analyzing contractual clauses, focusing on risk mitigation and compliance with legal norms applicable to Social Organizations. * Organize and maintain up-to-date physical and digital contract files. * Track KPIs, schedules, and managerial reports for the department. * Interact with suppliers and service providers to align contractual matters, submit documents, and clarify queries. * Support internal and external audits by providing relevant documentation and information. * Assist in adapting contracts to regional specifics or requirements imposed by public contracting entities. * Ensure contracts comply with the institution’s compliance, integrity, and social responsibility guidelines. * Support standardization of processes and documents, contributing to strengthened contractual governance within the organization. **Technical Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Law, Business Administration, Public Management, Public Health, or related fields; * Postgraduate specialization in Public Management in the health sector or in Public Law with emphasis on contracts will be considered a plus; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Knowledge of general legislation and public procurement law will be considered a plus; * Knowledge of legal foundations for contracts and terms of reference will be considered a plus; * Experience in the health sector will be considered a plus; * Six months of verified experience in this role. **Salary:** R$ 3\.614,88 **Benefits:** Meal or Food Allowance, Transportation Allowance, Birthday Day Off, Restaurant and Educational Institution Partnerships, SESC Partnership. **Applications must be submitted via the form above by 11:59 PM on January 29 (twenty-ninth), 2026\.** Job Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Employment Compensation: R$3\.614,88 per month Benefits: * Education Allowance * Commercial Partnership and Discount Programs * Food Allowance * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance Work Location: On-site Application Deadline: 01/29/2026
