THE SOCIAL SERVICE FOR TRANSPORTATION (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRANSPORTATION TRAINING SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby publicly announce the opening of registrations for the Personnel Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice.
**1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:**
1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages.
1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order.
1\.3\. The selection process will be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution will be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of SEST SENAT’s Executive Department.
POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND SALARIES OFFERED
2\.. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below:
**POSITION:** Administrative Assistant
**EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT).
**BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units are extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Health plan (with co-payment) \- Employee’s monthly fee covered by the company; dependent(s)’ monthly fee covered by the employee.
2\.1\. Work schedule and shift will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call; the candidate must inform availability for the assigned schedule. A candidate who declines the position due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process.

**Job Summary:** Perform administrative tasks supporting management, including document preparation, process and file organization, routine monitoring and control, document distribution, customer service, agenda management, among others, contributing to the successful delivery of institutional services.
**MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:**
**NOTE:** PROOF OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME.
**EDUCATION:**
Completed high school (or higher education degree).
**Acceptable proof includes:**
a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or
b) Officially signed and stamped course completion statement.
c) For higher education, enrollment confirmation, duly signed and stamped by the educational institution.
**EXPERIENCE:**
Proven professional experience in administrative support activities.
**PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements; otherwise, submitted documents will be rejected. Professional experience must be demonstrated by:
a) Employer’s statement containing the issuer’s CNPJ number, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and nature of services rendered, along with a detailed description of duties performed;
b) Copy of the Work and Social Security Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the Digital Work Card, showing identification details and employer registration, including start and end dates if required, supplemented by item “b” if the job title alone is insufficient to prove the required experience;
c) Or copy of the service provision contract or self-employed payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item “b” if the job title alone is insufficient to prove the required experience.
**SYLLABUS:**
**PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):**
