We seek professionals who wish to grow with the company and contribute through organization, innovation, and market presence. **What Will You Do?** Support the responsible engineer in construction project management and monitoring Assist in tracking physical and financial schedules Monitor service measurements and material control Support project review and coordination Perform quantity takeoffs Organize technical documents and construction reports Monitor field activities, ensuring compliance with company standards Support quality and safety control on site Document construction progress through photos and videos Create simple content (videos) of construction sites for company social media promotion **Requirements:** Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (from intermediate stages onward) Interest in working on construction sites (field work) Basic knowledge of construction drawing interpretation Familiarity with Excel Organization, proactivity, and eagerness to learn **Advantages:** Prior construction site experience (internship or CLT employment) Knowledge of AutoCAD or other related software Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, etc.) Proficiency with social media platforms **Location:** Palhoça/SC \- Pedra Branca **What Is My Work Schedule?** Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day (schedule to be agreed upon) **Offer:** We recognize that each person brings a unique set of skills, experiences, and perspectives.
