We seek a Project Manager responsible for end-to-end project execution—from intake and planning, through execution and monitoring, to final client delivery. This professional will serve as the central point, ensuring pace, accuracy, and high operational efficiency across initiatives led by Zoom. Manage the full project lifecycle, from kick-off to final delivery. Ensure scope, schedule, cost, and quality compliance. Perform work breakdown structure (WBS), risk management, cost control, and supplier/manufacturer oversight. Monitor SLAs, ensure timely deliveries, and minimize rework. Coordinate processes related to quotation, importation, manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution. Direct interface with internal teams (engineering, support, installation, logistics, procurement). Lead status meetings with stakeholders and prepare executive reports. Prioritize demands based on each project’s criticality. Serve as the primary interface with public and private clients. Ensure clear alignment of expectations and continuous communication with stakeholders. Facilitate conflict resolution, impediment removal, and cross-functional collaboration. Support integration with partner teams and external suppliers. Facilitate decision-making with leadership. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Proficiency in frameworks and methodologies: PMBOK / PMI / Agile / Scrum / Kanban. Solid knowledge of scope, schedule, risk, cost, and supplier management. Experience with processes: quotation, importation, production/manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution. Prior experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working with public and private clients. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Knowledge of IT infrastructure: servers, storage, virtualization, networks, and switches. Experience in installation, configuration, and technical integration phases with specialized teams.
