Managing and controlling physicians' schedules. Confirming appointments via WhatsApp and telephone. Receiving and welcoming patients. Preparing the care environment (organizing the examination room and checking supplies). Collecting consultation payments. Issuing electronic invoices. Notifying physicians of patient arrivals. Daily reporting of collected amounts to respective professionals.
