Kitchen Assistant and Attendant

We are seeking a **Kitchen Assistant / Attendant** to prepare and serve meals, as well as attend to students—always with attention, care, and responsibility—ensuring a safe, welcoming, and organized environment. **Responsibilities** * Greet students courteously, patiently, and respectfully; * Assist in preparing lunch and snacks (pre\-preparation, portioning, and plating); * Serve meals according to established standards and school guidelines; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the kitchen, counter, utensils, and service areas; * Strictly comply with hygiene, food safety, and good practice regulations; * Support inventory control, monitoring food expiration dates and proper storage; * Collaborate with the team to maintain an organized workflow during peak hours; * Foster positive relationships with students, school staff, and coworkers. **Requirements** * Completed elementary or high school education; * Strong communication skills and appropriate conduct for a school environment; * Patience, responsibility, and attentiveness when interacting with students; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and agility; * Availability to work hours compatible with the school schedule; * Experience in kitchens, cafeterias, or customer service is a plus. **We Offer** * A stable and organized work environment; * Specific training for school routines and good practices; * Market-competitive salary; Location: Centro, Florianópolis.
