Total Garantidora is seeking an IT Infrastructure Analyst to strengthen our technology area and ensure the stability of the systems supporting our credit and collections operations. **Responsibilities:** * Providing technical support to users (hardware, software, and internal systems). * Administration of network, server, firewall, and VPN infrastructure. * Access management, backups, and information security. * Installation and maintenance of computers, printers, and network assets. * Incident monitoring and rapid problem resolution. * Documentation of processes and support for IT projects. * Knowledge of CRM integration and maintenance **Requirements:** * Experience in IT infrastructure and technical support. * Knowledge of Windows, Office 365, networking (DNS, DHCP, Wi\-Fi), and corporate antivirus. * Organized, proactive profile with a sense of urgency. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS). * Familiarity with automation or scripting. * Certifications (ITIL, Networking, Security). * Experience with credit/collections systems. **What We Offer** * Collaborative and growing work environment. * Opportunities for professional development.
