Valuing knowledge and continuous learning Senior Delphi Developer \- PJ Contract This position requires on-site work for a company, handling its requirements for 160 hours per month during business hours. If you identify with our core values, we’re waiting for you — join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Maintain existing solutions; * Propose improvements to those solutions; * Participate in technical discussions to develop high-quality, high-performance software. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To perform your role effectively, you must have:** * A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; * Advanced proficiency in the Delphi programming language; * Knowledge of multi-tier architectures; * Advanced expertise in DataSnap; * Familiarity with REST architecture; * Advanced knowledge of Clean Code principles; * Advanced knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming; * Knowledge of Design Patterns; * Proficiency in SQL; * Teamwork skills (Agile methodology); * Strong verbal and written communication skills. **Preferred qualifications:** * Knowledge of other programming languages; * Knowledge of FireMonkey. **Additional Information** What we offer: * Competitive remuneration (to be discussed); * Full company sponsorship for undergraduate and graduate studies; * Performance evaluations every six months; * On-site work in Florianópolis; * Growth opportunities; * Training courses.
