Senior Delphi Developer \- PJ Contract This position requires on-site work for a company, handling its tasks for 160 hours per month during business hours. If you identify with our DNA, we’re waiting for you—join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Maintain existing solutions; * Propose improvements to those solutions; * Participate in technical discussions to build high-quality, high-performance software. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To perform your role effectively, you must have:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; * Advanced proficiency in the Delphi programming language; * Knowledge of multi-tier architectures; * Advanced knowledge of DataSnap; * Knowledge of REST architecture; * Advanced knowledge of Clean Code; * Advanced knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming; * Knowledge of Design Patterns; * Proficiency in SQL; * Teamwork skills (Agile methodology); * Strong verbal and written communication skills. **Nice-to-have:** * Knowledge of other programming languages; * Knowledge of FireMonkey. **Additional Information** What we offer: * Remuneration to be discussed. * Full company sponsorship for undergraduate and graduate studies; * Performance reviews every 6 months; * On-site work in Florianópolis; * Growth opportunities; * Training courses.
