Experience with Desbravador is a plus Hotel located in the center of Florianópolis seeks a professional: Bilingual Receptionist: 3 openings (1 morning shift: 7:00 AM to 3:20 PM; 1 afternoon shift: 3:00 PM to 11:10 PM; 1 rotating shift) Main responsibilities: Handle telephone calls, greet guests upon arrival, perform check-in, monitor and respond to received emails, process billing and system entries, close cash registers, provide full assistance during the stay—including information and clarification regarding services, facilities, tourist attractions, tours, etc., perform check-out, close accounts, verify documents and reservations on booking portals, manage reservations, pre-reservations, and cancellations, and review vouchers and general documents.
