Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for recruiting, credentialing, and managing healthcare professionals to expand the network, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities: * Actively and passively recruit healthcare professionals to build and expand the credentialed network, aligned with operational demands; * Conduct the credentialing and onboarding process, including document review, validation of technical requirements, and alignment with internal criteria; * Perform mandatory document checklists (certifications, registrations, contracts, etc.), maintaining organized and up-to-date records; * Verify participation in and completion of mandatory training, where applicable, ensuring professionals are qualified to perform their duties; * Serve as the primary point of contact for professionals throughout the onboarding process, delivering a smooth, clear, and resolution-oriented experience; * Ensure credentialed professionals meet all requirements prior to being authorized to join the service schedule; * Monitor document expiration dates and support re-credentialing or record updates; * Support de-credentialing management, conducting administrative procedures, notifying impacted departments, and ensuring decision traceability and provider history documentation; * Maintain and update control systems and spreadsheets, ensuring traceability, governance, and compliance in the credentialing process; * Support scheduling, commercial, quality, or operations teams whenever technical, documentary, or status information about a professional is required; * Identify opportunities to improve the credentialing process by proposing adjustments that enhance efficiency, predictability, and network experience. Requirements: Education: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related fields. Technical Requirements: * Proficiency in Excel and control tools; * Experience with network management platforms (CRM) is desirable; * Basic understanding of LGPD in the context of personal and sensitive documents; * Experience in credentialing, registration, recruitment, or provider relationship management (preferably in healthcare).
