Responsibilities: * Proactively and responsively recruit healthcare professionals to build and expand the credentialed network, aligned with operational demands; * Lead the credentialing and onboarding process, including document review, validation of technical requirements, and alignment with internal criteria; * Conduct mandatory document checklists (certifications, registrations, contracts, etc.), maintaining organized and up-to-date provider records; * Verify participation in and completion of mandatory training programs, where applicable, ensuring professionals are qualified to perform services; * Serve as the primary point of contact for professionals throughout the onboarding process, delivering a seamless, clear, and solution-oriented experience; * Ensure credentialed professionals meet all requirements prior to approval for inclusion in the service scheduling roster; * Monitor document expiration dates and support re-credentialing or record update processes; * Support de-credentialing management, overseeing administrative procedures, notifying impacted departments, and ensuring decision traceability and provider history documentation; * Maintain and update credentialing control systems and spreadsheets, ensuring traceability, governance, and compliance; * Support scheduling, commercial, quality, and operations teams whenever technical, documentary, or status-related information about a professional is required; * Identify opportunities to improve the credentialing process and propose adjustments that enhance efficiency, predictability, and network experience. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Healthcare Management, or related fields. Technical Requirements: * Proficiency in Excel and control tools; * Experience with provider network management platforms (CRM) is desirable; * Basic understanding of LGPD in the context of personal and sensitive data handling; * Experience with credentialing, registration, recruitment, or provider relationship management (preferably within the healthcare sector)
