Description
1. Work schedule
This position requires a **weekly working hours of 44 hours**, distributed as follows:
* **Monday to Friday:** 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM, with a 1-hour break;
2. Main job responsibilities
The hired professional must perform, among others, the following activities:
* Telephone customer service;
* In-person public service;
* Patient communication via messaging;
* Assisting physicians with patient reception for telemedicine;
* Supporting leadership in managing internal processes.
3. Prerequisites
Requirements for this position include:
* Completed high school education;
* Strong verbal and written communication skills;
* Aptitude for public service and interpersonal relationships;
* Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail;
* Proficiency in using systems, computers, and digital communication tools;
* Ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks;
* Professional demeanor, courtesy, and discretion when interacting with patients, the public, and internal teams;
* Availability for **in-person** work at the address provided;
* Availability to comply with the described work schedule.
4. Desired differentiators
The following will be considered advantageous:
* Prior experience in administrative routines;
* Experience in customer service at clinics, medical offices, hospitals, or healthcare services;
* Familiarity with WhatsApp, digital platforms, and internal systems;
* Experience supporting leadership or monitoring operational workflows.
