Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Intern to assist in handling and supporting internal users, corporate systems, and incident resolution. Key Highlights: 1. We specialize in horizontal and vertical road signage and road construction projects across Brazil. **SINASC job openings are also open to persons with disabilities (PCD).** We are looking for an **IT Intern**, whose main responsibilities will include: * Assisting in handling internal user requests for incident registration and resolution (Level 1); * Providing initial support for corporate systems (ERP, CRM, internal systems, and web platforms); * Performing general system registrations; * Guiding users on proper system usage; * Identifying and categorizing incidents and service requests; * Escalating tickets to higher support levels (Level 2/Level 3) when necessary; * Supporting resolution of common errors, such as access issues, permission problems, login failures, and basic configurations; * Assisting in basic system configuration; * Other related duties. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or related undergraduate program, from the 3rd semester onward. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance of R$35.00 per working day (not deducted from payroll); * Transportation allowance or Fuel allowance (not deducted from payroll); * Common area for relaxation; * Kitchenette equipped with microwave and refrigerator; * Free parking. **Working Hours and Salary:** * Working hours: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM * Salary: R$1.300,00 Work location: Palhoça/SC Position type: Internship Compensation: R$1.300,00 per month Work mode: On-site
