Assist in resolving issues in systems, equipment, and networks. Perform basic hardware, software, and local network configurations. Monitor solution implementation under supervision, ensuring compatibility with existing services. Support the team in testing, preventive and corrective maintenance. Document tickets and applied solutions in the internal system.
