Your next great professional adventure may be just one step away! **Responsibilities and Duties** Monitor and supervise construction phase execution, ensuring compliance with physical and financial schedules. Analyze designs and propose technical solutions aimed at optimizing costs, timelines, and quality. Supervise contractor and service provider teams, ensuring adherence to technical and safety standards. Prepare service measurements and monitor cost and material control on site. Ensure construction process quality in accordance with the company's Quality Management System guidelines. Support construction coordination in compatibility and planning meetings. Monitor compliance with occupational health and safety and environmental regulations on site. Support the technical team in project delivery and post-construction technical assistance, when required. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Active registration with CREA. 3–6 years of experience in large-scale construction projects, preferably high-standard ones. Proficiency in reading and interpreting detailed engineering drawings. Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and Advanced Excel. Experience with construction management tools (e.g., Sienge, Power BI) is desirable.
