As an **Assistant Foreman**, you will be responsible for providing technical support to the Foreman in managing the daily execution of the construction site, overseeing operational services, verifying compliance with construction methods, and ensuring subcontracted teams perform activities according to the quality, safety, and productivity standards defined by Engineering. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What awaits you daily:** * Monitor operational fronts by observing activities, verifying stages, and aligning with the Foreman to ensure adherence to the planned schedule; * Assign tasks among subcontracted teams based on received instructions and daily demand analysis, maintaining a continuous production rhythm; * Verify compliance of executed services through visual inspection, measurement verification, and checking technical instructions to ensure adherence to construction standards; * Support the Foreman in organizing work fronts by identifying operational needs, marking critical points, and proposing adjustments to prevent delays or rework; * Control materials used on fronts under your responsibility by verifying deliveries, requesting replenishments, and recording consumption to avoid shortages or waste; * Supervise the proper use of equipment and tools by checking functionality, guiding teams, and identifying irregularities to preserve operational safety; * Monitor subcontractors during daily activities by analyzing deliverables, validating execution, and communicating pending items to ensure services meet Engineering-defined standards; * Report relevant site occurrences to the Foreman by observing deviations, recording anomalies, and communicating them immediately to support rapid decision-making; * Verify alignments, levels, and essential measurements of fronts under your responsibility by reading project drawings and using basic instruments to ensure technical accuracy; * Organize the specific front’s construction site by guiding teams, distributing materials, and verifying working conditions to maintain a safe and suitable environment; * Implement safety practices indicated by Engineering and Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) through guidance on PPE usage, risk identification, and reporting non-conformities to prevent accidents; * Assist in updating operational information about the project by relaying execution data to the Foreman and engineer to sustain technical alignment between the site and office. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect from you:** **Prerequisites:** Completed Elementary Education **Desired Knowledge and Skills:** Organization, Communication, Responsibility, Attention to Detail, Results Orientation, Teamwork.
