Responsibilities and Duties Develop and monitor the physical\-financial schedule of construction projects. Coordinate in-house and outsourced teams. Ensure execution in accordance with projects, specifications, and technical standards. Conduct alignment meetings with teams and clients. Control costs and propose solutions for resource optimization. Monitor performance and quality indicators of construction work. Track measurements and service approvals. Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations. Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in construction coordination. Knowledge of planning, cost control, and team management. Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
