Organization and attention to detail in campaigns **Job Posting: Paid Traffic Assistant \- PJ** The **Semana Light** is seeking a **Paid Traffic Assistant** to join our team. If you are highly motivated, knowledgeable about paid advertising platforms, and eager to learn, this role is for you! **About the Position** This is a **PJ (individual contractor)** position with a **remote work** model. The professional will be responsible for executing, optimizing, and analyzing paid traffic campaigns to maximize reach, conversion, and return on investment (ROI). **What You Will Do** * Perform daily operational tasks across traffic channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.), including: * Campaign creation, editing, pausing, and adjustments * Budget adjustments as directed by the team * Audience segmentation and monitoring * Extracting and organizing campaign data for performance tracking; * Populating dashboards and spreadsheets with relevant metrics and KPIs; * Supporting traffic strategy development alongside analysts and managers; **You Should Be** * Organized and detail-oriented * Able to follow processes and consistently execute tasks * Proactive and curious about learning the paid traffic landscape * A clear and effective communicator when interacting with the team * Agile and accountable regarding deadlines and deliverables **Requirements** * Basic or intermediate knowledge of paid media platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads) * Familiarity with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel), including basic formulas * Fundamental understanding of digital performance metrics (CPM, CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, etc.) * Prior experience operating campaigns is desirable (even personal projects or coursework) Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Remote work Experience: * Traffic management (Mandatory)
