Job Summary: Araxá Engenharia is seeking a Fleet Management Analyst to plan, control, and optimize the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring efficiency and regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. We are seeking a **Fleet Management Analyst** to work in **Florianópolis/SC**. **Responsibilities:** **Responsible for planning, controlling, and optimizing the company's vehicle fleet (including light and heavy vehicles and/or equipment, as applicable), ensuring operational efficiency, cost reduction, user safety, and compliance with internal policies and current legislation.** * Manage fleet operations (light vehicles, heavy vehicles, and/or equipment, according to company reality); * Monitor fleet performance indicators (fuel consumption, maintenance, availability, cost per km, accidents, etc.); * Manage fuel supply and supplier contracts; * Support negotiations with repair shops, leasing companies, and service providers; * Control and analyze fleet operational costs; * Prepare management reports and monitoring dashboards; * Support corporate vehicle usage policies; * Ensure compliance with safety standards and traffic legislation; **Requirements:** * Completed degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields; * Proven experience in Fleet Management. **Desirable:** * Residency in Florianópolis/SC; * Experience with the ONFLY platform. **Benefits:** * Compensation: Negotiable; * Meal Allowance and/or Food Voucher (IFOOD): BRL 930.00 per month; * Health Insurance (UNIMED); * Dental Insurance (UNIODONTO); * Life Insurance paid by the company; * Birthday Day Off; * Totalpass; * Onhappy; * In-office massage; * GPTW Certified — our organizational climate is outstanding! * Complimentary coffee, fruits, and cookies; * Annual action calendars for integration and stress relief. **We believe our differences strengthen us, which is why we promote and value a culture of diversity and inclusion.**
