Job Summary: Responsible for the operational control of warehouse and fleet, including material receipt, inspection, storage, and vehicle tracking. Key Highlights: 1. Vehicle preventive maintenance monitoring Responsible for executing operational control of the company's warehouse and fleet, performing material receipt, inspection, storage, and movement, as well as monitoring vehicle usage, refueling, documentation, and preventive maintenance, ensuring organization, inventory accuracy, and compliance with internal and legal regulations. * Receive and inspect materials, verifying quantities and quality against invoices and purchase orders. * Record material receipts and issuances in an information system, maintaining up-to-date inventory records. * Organize the warehouse according to established standards to facilitate material location and preservation. * Pick and package materials for internal distribution or external shipment. * Conduct periodic inventories to verify and ensure inventory accuracy. * Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety. * Report inventory or fleet management irregularities to the immediate supervisor. **Education:** * Completed High School. **Technical Competencies:** * Basic understanding of inventory control * Basic understanding of information systems * Basic understanding of invoice verification * Basic understanding of refueling control * Six months of experience in warehouse operations or operational control. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Organization * Attention to detail * Responsibility * Proactivity
