




Job Summary: A Kitchen Assistant plans, prepares, and stores ingredients; performs basic kitchen tasks; maintains hygiene; and complies with safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the kitchen * Follow chefs' prep lists to plan duties * Label and store all ingredients on shelves for easy organization and access * Measure ingredients and seasonings to be used in dishes * Prepare culinary ingredients by washing and cutting vegetables, meats, etc. * Perform basic tasks such as reducing sauces, boiling food, etc. * Prepare simple dishes such as salads, appetizers, etc. * Keep the kitchen clean and organized by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash, etc. * Ensure all food and other items are stored correctly * Comply with nutrition and hygiene regulations * Perform other kitchen duties as assigned Requirements * Proven experience as a **Kitchen Assistant** * **Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the kitchen** * Manual dexterity to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils * Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills * Patient and capable of remaining calm under pressure * High school diploma or equivalent is desirable Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1.978,00 - R$2.200,00 per month Benefits: * Profit-sharing * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
