As the Services Procurement Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing civil construction service procurements, ensuring that project demands are met with focus on schedule, cost, quality, and contractual compliance. You will act strategically in contractor and supplier management, leading quotations, negotiations, technical and commercial analyses, as well as contract drafting and management. You will be responsible for supplier qualification and development, performance indicator monitoring, and integration with engineering, construction, planning, legal, and finance departments—contributing to risk mitigation, continuous process improvement, and cost optimization. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What awaits you in your day-to-day:** * Coordinate the services team by distributing tasks and monitoring analysts’ activities to ensure smooth deliverables; * Analyze procurement requests by thoroughly reviewing scopes submitted by internal departments to ensure correct understanding of requirements; * Conduct strategic negotiations with suppliers through in-depth evaluation of offered commercial, technical, and scheduling terms to secure advantageous agreements; * Draft contracts and amendments aligned with legal guidelines and operational requirements to ensure documentation security and compliance; * Monitor contract validity periods, renewals, and adjustments by analyzing agreed-upon deadlines, indices, and clauses to maintain regularity and predictability; * Monitor performance of third-party suppliers by analyzing delivery indicators and adherence to contractual obligations to sustain high service standards; * Identify contractual risks by verifying suppliers’ financial, operational, and legal pending issues, focusing on mitigating impacts to the company; * Conduct internal and external audits considering scope, values, and service compliance to validate clause fulfillment; * Support service supplier qualification processes by assessing compliance, documentation, and operational capacity to ensure reliable registration; * Propose procurement process improvements based on data synthesis, non-conformities, and observed opportunities to enhance internal efficiency; * Integrate information with partner departments through alignment meetings and sharing of relevant data to ensure adherence to organizational objectives; * Produce managerial reports by consolidating indicators, trends, and technical analyses to support strategic decision-making; * Represent the department in internal meetings by presenting updates, risks, and priorities to ensure corporate alignment. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect from you:** **Prerequisites:** Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, Business Administration, Architecture, or related fields.  **Desirable:** Postgraduate degree or MBA in Supply Chain Management. Knowledge of service contracts, legislation applicable to civil construction, and contract management. **Desired Knowledge and Skills:** Experience with construction-sector ERP systems (e.g., Sienge or similar), intermediate/advanced Excel, and management tools. Solid knowledge of budgeting and cost control, physical-financial planning, project reading, and legislation applicable to civil construction. Experience in management, negotiation, and administration of service contracts; technical and commercial analysis of proposals; supplier management and development; and procurement performance indicator monitoring.
