We are looking for a **Junior Project Analyst** to join our team in Santa Catarina. In this role, you will support the implementation, monitoring, and standardization of projects in the region, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities and duties:** * Support the planning, structuring, and scheduling of new regional projects. * Monitor project performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare status reports for leadership. * Conduct technical visits and oversee service implementation at units/customers in Santa Catarina. * Identify operational bottlenecks and propose continuous process improvements. * Ensure alignment and effective communication among interfacing areas (Operations, HR, Procurement, etc.). **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Administration, Production Engineering, Project Management, or related fields). * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (for spreadsheet and indicator management). * Strong verbal and written communication skills, results-oriented mindset, and adaptability. * Valid driver's license (Category B). * Willingness to travel and ability/experience driving on federal highways (BRs). * Residency in Florianópolis or nearby region (with easy access to the base).
