An HR/Personnel Department professional to manage onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and legal obligations, supporting managers and developing talent.

**HR / Personnel Department**
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Conduct **onboarding, offboarding, and contractual changes**, ensuring compliance with labor legislation.
* Strategically and operationally manage **payroll, social charges, benefits, and time tracking**.
* Administer **eSocial, Digital FGTS, SEFIP, INSS, vacations, leaves of absence, and terminations**.
* Ensure compliance with **legal and regulatory obligations** (Consolidation of Labor Laws - CLT, collective bargaining agreements, internal policies).
* Support managers on **labor relations**, legal guidance, and people management.
* Prepare and maintain **HR documents** (warnings, suspensions, internal notices, and contracts).
* Monitor **HR and Personnel Department metrics**, proposing process and control improvements.
* Support **training, onboarding, and employee development** initiatives.
* Collaborate with Accounting, Legal, and other company departments.
**Requirements:**
* Minimum 2 years of proven experience in **HR and Personnel Department**.
* Practical knowledge of **labor legislation and eSocial**.
* Organizational skills, responsibility, and ethical conduct.
* Ability to handle confidential information.
* Preferred: Prior experience in the **Healthcare sector**, and a degree in **Administration, Accounting, HR, or related fields**.
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT
Compensation: R$5.000,00 - R$7.000,00 per month
