The candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team. **Job Details:** * Position: Helper * Salary: R$ 1\.653,63 * Schedule: 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM / 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM – 12x36 shift pattern * Work Location: R. Profa. Maria Flora Pausewang – Trindade, Florianópolis – SC, 88036\-800 * Gender: Female **Required Qualifications:** * Education: Completed elementary school; * Punctuality and responsibility; * Organization and attention to detail; * Good communication and interpersonal skills; * Willingness to perform cleaning and general support tasks; * Prior experience in this role is preferred. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist with routine cleaning and maintenance of the premises; * Maintain organized spaces in good condition for use; * Support the team with operational demands; * Follow safety guidelines and internal regulations. Minimum Education Level: Elementary School (1st level)
