Well-defined kitchen structure and organization We are looking for a **Cook** to join an Italian cafeteria, responsible for food preparation, kitchen organization, and compliance with quality, flavor, and presentation standards, ensuring a consistent and safe gastronomic experience. **Responsibilities** * Prepare dishes according to the menu (pasta, sauces, pizzas, and other items); * Perform pre\-preparation and organization of ingredients (cutting, portioning, and storage); * Monitor preparation and plating times to ensure service efficiency; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, equipment, and utensils; * Strictly comply with hygiene, food safety, and good manufacturing practice regulations; * Monitor food expiration dates, storage, and preservation conditions; * Assist in inventory control and ingredient requisition; * Minimize waste and ensure proper use of ingredients; * Collaborate as part of a team to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours. **Requirements** * Completed elementary or high school education; * Prior experience as a cook; * Basic knowledge of pasta and sauce preparation, and kitchen organization. **Desirable** * Familiarity with good food handling practices; * Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. **We Offer** * Dynamic and collaborative work environment; * Well-defined kitchen structure and organization; * Market-competitive salary. **Location: Bistek, Abraão \- Florianópolis.** **Schedule: 10:00 AM to 6:20 PM** Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) Compensation: R$2\.022,00 per month Work Mode: On-site
