Dynamic and collaborative work environment We are seeking an **Attendant** to work at an Italian cafeteria, providing customer service and supporting food preparation and service—always with friendliness, agility, and attention to detail—to guarantee a welcoming and high-quality experience. **Responsibilities** * Greet customers in a friendly, helpful, and respectful manner; * Present the menu, clarify questions, and suggest items when appropriate; * Assist in food preparation (pre\-preparation, plating, and portioning); * Serve meals and beverages according to house standards; * Operate the cash register when required (order entry and payments); * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the dining area, counter, utensils, and workspace; * Comply with hygiene, food safety, and good practices regulations; * Support inventory control, expiration tracking, and proper food storage; * Collaborate with the team to maintain efficiency and organization during peak hours; * Ensure products and the environment are well presented. **Requirements** * Completed elementary or high school education; * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor; * Agility, organization, and attention to detail; * Proactivity and ability to work effectively in a team; * Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays; * Prior experience in customer service, restaurants, or cafeterias is a plus. **We Offer** * A dynamic and collaborative work environment; * Training on menu items and house standards; * Market-competitive salary. **Work Location: Bistek, Abraão \- Florianópolis.** **Schedule: 2:20 PM to 10:40 PM.** Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) Compensation: R$2\.022,00 per month Work Mode: On-site
