As a Kitchen Assistant at Grupo FIT, you will be an essential part of our gastronomic circuit, ensuring every dish crosses the finish line as a memorable experience—delivered with rhythm, agility, and precision. Your main responsibilities and duties include: Execution and Standards * Plate and finish dishes with emphasis on presentation, flavor, and fidelity to the chef’s original creations. * Master the menu, technical sheets, and plating specifications for each item to ensure consistent delivery. * Pay close attention to details—from cutting to final plating—with a customer-experience-oriented perspective. Workflow and Organization * Organize and replenish supplies throughout your shift, maintaining smooth operations even during peak hours. * Store ingredients correctly, respecting expiration dates and food safety regulations. * Wash and organize dishes and utensils during service, keeping the sink functional and the team operating at pace. * Maintain continuous cleanliness of countertops, equipment, and the work area.
