So, are you ready to become a TSM? **Explore our opportunity below:** **Responsibilities & Duties** * Support project development and management; * Act as a facilitator for project communication and integration; * Attend weekly meetings to monitor and better understand projects; * Produce reports on project progress; * Support analysis and control of project information throughout its lifecycle; * Assist the project team in managing resources allocated to projects; * Support project managers and leaders by providing data and interpreting insights to inform decision-making; * Conduct research and gather project-related information; * Work with KPIs, scenario analysis, metrics, and problem-solving; * Develop and monitor action plans. **Requirements & Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Availability to work 30 hours per week; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Knowledge of activity-tracking tools and Agile methodologies is considered a plus; * Prior experience working on projects within a junior enterprise is a plus. **Additional Information** Department: Projects Work Model: Hybrid Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:20 PM Opportunity available at: São José/SC unit Here, people come first.
