So, are you excited to become a TSM? **Learn more about our opportunity below:** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in project development and management; * Act as a facilitator of project communication and integration; * Participate in weekly meetings for project monitoring and deeper understanding; * Produce reports on project progress; * Support the analysis and control of project information throughout its entire lifecycle; * Support the project team in controlling resources allocated to projects; * Support project management and leaders by providing information and interpreting data to inform decision-making; * Conduct studies and gather information regarding company projects; * Work with indicators, scenario analysis, metrics, and problem-solving; * Develop and monitor the execution of action plans. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Availability to work 30 hours per week; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Knowledge of activity tracking tools and agile methodologies is considered a plus; * Prior experience working on projects at a junior enterprise is a plus. **Additional Information** Department: Projects Work Model: Hybrid Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:20 PM Opportunity available at the São José/SC unit Here, people come first That’s why our benefits were designed to promote **well-being, development, and quality of life**.
