It serves large national and international companies such as Volvo, Tramontina, Fiat, Azaleia, and other major brands, with a focus on innovation, efficiency, and operational excellence. **Job Description** We seek a professional with an analytical, critical, and detail-oriented profile to work in the company's finance area. This position will focus on analyzing and executing financial routines, ensuring control, data accuracy, and strategic support to the Executive Board. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Management of accounts payable and accounts receivable; * Execution of bank reconciliations and cash flow control; * Support for billing, issuance of payment slips, and revenue control; * Preparation and analysis of financial reports and key performance indicators (KPIs); * Monitoring of managerial income statements (DRE) and support to the controller's office; * Preparation of documents and information for accounting purposes; * Support in financial planning and budget projections; * Identification of opportunities for improvement in financial processes; * Execution of other duties related to the role. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields (completed or in progress); * Experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable; * Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Excel; * Analytical, detail-oriented, and organized profile; * Critical ability to analyze financial data. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in an industrial environment; * Experience with ERP systems; * Experience with financial indicators and KPIs; * Knowledge of controller’s office processes.
