Job Summary: Professional responsible for monitoring, creating, and presenting KPIs, reports, and internal processes, aiming for continuous improvement and operational support. Key Highlights: 1. Support in identifying operational bottlenecks to improve workflow. 2. Creation and standardization of processes, including SOPs. 3. Presentation of KPIs and reports for management. ***Responsibilities:*** * Monitoring and supporting the tracking of departmental service KPIs; * Developing new KPIs, reports, and internal processes; * Presenting KPIs and reports to Service and Sales Management; * Supporting and identifying operational bottlenecks with the objective of improving internal process flows; * Organizing and standardizing processes, supporting the creation, review, and simplification of SOPs; * Monitoring and organizing pending tasks in internal systems (RPs) ***Requirements:*** * Completed undergraduate degree * Prior experience in this role * Experience in the optical industry is a plus * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency ***Benefits:*** · Medical and dental insurance; · Product discounts; · Profit-sharing program (PPR); · Life insurance; · Meal allowance (VA/VR); · Wellhub. ***Working Hours:*** 08:15 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday). ***Location:*** Rua Patrício Farias, 157.
