As a Customer Success Analyst, you will work alongside our Commercial team, supporting the following processes: Build successful partnerships by cultivating strategic relationships and serving as a support point to drive commercial activities Collaborate in identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies focused on solutions Understand client needs and develop action plans that ensure effective service delivery and continuous support for business growth Quickly and efficiently resolve customer and operational issues, complaints, and inquiries in an assertive manner with a focus on satisfaction. Continuously retain and engage customers, encouraging business development Serve as a trusted reference, building a reputation for reliability in any situation—whether providing strategic guidance or day-to-day support Closely monitor and suggest improvements to product performance, proposing new alternatives and adjustments that better serve our customers while always seeking to maximize results **What We Seek:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Commercial Management, or related fields; **Thorough proficiency in computer resources such as:** Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, Microsoft tools, web browsers, and search engines; Experience in contract management.
